Shipping Policy
At A Love Blossoms we take pride in providing reliable shipping methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs to ensure a positive shopping experience for you. We believe in building trust through clear and honest communication with our valued customers.
While we love the products we sell, we also love the planet which means we do our best to reuse packaging material and boxes as much as possible. This keeps the costs down for customers and helps to reduce our environmental impact.
All items will be sent on a Royal Mail tracked 48 service as standard. Oversized items (over 60cm in length) will be sent via Evri. Customers in Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands may incur an additional charge for this service.
Return & Exchange Policy
At A Love Blossoms, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, our straightforward return and exchange policy is designed to offer you peace of mind.
You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us, unless they are faulty or misdescribed. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

Refunds will be processed within three days of receiving the return and can take 3-5 days to appear back to your original payment method.
