Each bucket has a hole at the base allowing the water to flow down
Inspired by Japanese rain chains, these catch the rain which makes a gentle noise as it trickles down the chain

The bell / chime at the bottom gently rings as the water reaches it 
Hook at the top allows it to be hung anywhere around the garden - ideal suspended from tree's, washing lines, arch's or even the gutter
